Delivery Information

We deliver both within the UK and internationally.

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days
• Free UK Delivery available on qualifying orders

We also ship internationally. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on destination and order size.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags
• Free from damage or marks

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised/custom items
• Clearance or sale items
• Items damaged after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
